Jennifer Dalasio is a Montgomery County,
Pennsylvanian Artist who specializes in Illustration and Graphic Design.
She works primarily in watercolor and gouache, but also enjoys printmaking
which she sometimes incorporates in her art. Jennifer’s style
combines her skill as an illustrator and graphic artist. The resulting
art is often described as “charming and whimsical” executed
with precision and imagination. |
| As a young girl, Jennifer always
explored her creative talents. Using these talents, she received good
marks on many diverse class projects.
Jennifer’s art education started in high school where she attended Central
Montgomery County Area Vocational Technical School. She graduated with a Three-Year
Certificate of Achievement in Commercial Art. Her education continued at The
Hussian School of Art where she studied graphic design, illustration, printmaking
and other art-related subjects. Majoring in Advertising Design, Jennifer graduated
from Hussian with a Four-Year Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. |
| Miss Dalasio has been awarded numerous honors and scholarships
for her hard work, which include The Central Montgomery County Area Vocational
Technical School Scholarship, The Myra Shaman Memorial Scholarship, The Upper
Merion Township Employee Scholarship Fund and The Hussian School of Art Honors
Project. |
| Since graduating from Hussian,
Jennifer has worked in design studios, advertising agencies, screen
printing shops, art galleries and has taught arts and crafts at a local
summer recreation camp. Also, besides working for private collectors,
she has worked for The Franklin Mint, The Georgetown Collection, IMP
Collectibles, The Upper Merion Township Library Children’s Department,
Reeves International and is currently working as a Graphic Design Assistant
at IKEA. |
